'Today I wish that I would find a way
to change the way I am'
Dat is nu, na het horen van dit zeer duidelijk uitsprekende nummer 'The Art (of letting go)' van de bijzondere band Mamas Gun, mijn lijftekst geworden. Het staat dan ook niet voor niets bij mijn info op LinkedIn en Facebook.
De hele tekst hieronder gaat over het leren loslaten van gevoelens, problemen, tegenslag en angst. Er is altijd een andere manier van voelen, bewegen en weer op het juiste pad komen, kortom: 'vasthouden om de kunst te leren om los te laten'.
In dit wens ik al mijn mede Parkinsonians veel kracht en warmte toe!
